• Hands on experience on accurate Material coverage/shortage tools and shipment tracking tools (MS-Excel, SAP, Baan, Oracle, Track-Trace, Fast Track). • Generating planned orders along with Material Requirement Planning system (MRP). • Inventory Management as per MRP suggestions (Pull-in, Push-Out and Cancelation). • Suppliers performance monitoring. • Training and on-boarding of suppliers for Order acknowledgement and documentations through online supplier portal. • Process optimization and alternate sourcing. • Sample approval process (Dimension,Material,PPAP,4M change approval). • Zero Base Costing for stamping, welding, tube bending, Machining, Platting. • Solving quality issues with contamination action and corrective action. • MIS though MS Office, Power BI (Trendgraph,Barchart,Piechart, ppt) for management review. • Experience with all T-Codes in SAP application MM Module for Purchasing & Supply chain Management. • Preparing LOI, ad-hoc purchase orders and approval for Newbuy/Trail. • Experience with Global forwarders/Shipment agents (DHL,Maersk,MSV,YML) in Global imports. • Negotiation with Suppliers and Logistics service providers. • Managing multiple projects and products (BOP,JobWork&Hardwares, Chemicals, Paints). • Adhering commitments and customer/ Internal timeline. • Budget estimation. • Process Improvement ( KAIZEN) proposal and implementation. • Material reconciliation along with SAP. • Mechanical input parameters optimization using Taguchi’s method and ANOVA method (Graduation project).
