Work I have produced stories for both Live and Non-live programs for Star Sports English and Hindi. Assisting the director and cameraperson, finding suitable place for them to stay, arrange transport, equipment and scheduling the shoot. Work A French/German Documentary on Indian government scheme to bring the kids back to school by providing mid-day meals known as Akshara Dasoha. The documentary is a part of the 360 degree series telecasted on Arte television, a French/German bi-lingual. April 2011 – September 2011 CNN-IBN Position: Intern Correspondent Nature of Work I was fortunate to work as an intern here as I was able to cover ​various news stories and interviews for CNN-IBN (now CNN news18) and IBN7. Some major stories that I ideated, brought to the notice of the editorial team which later was approved, broadcasted include 1. On RTI murders (Amit Jetwa, an RTI activist was killed and I proposed a feature story on finding how many RTI activists were killed and their details on the same. The idea got approved and the story was telecasted in two sets.) 2. A story on iron ore mining menace in Karnataka’s Bellary district (transcribed and did background work for the same.) 3. Worked on a case of Euthensia appeal filed by one, Karibasamma, a school teacher from Davanagere, Karnataka. 4. Story on mercy pleas (ground work on the same). 5. I also came up with a story idea for covering Mother Teresa’s 100​th​ anniversary. We covered the Amar Chitra Katha’s special edition on the occasion. 6.
