Looked after the 24x7 online wing (www.samaylive.com), responsible for the web editions of TV channel & print publications. After handling the project through different stages of formulation and execution, closely monitored content and team management for Samaylive. Resident Editor, Sahara Time May 2003 to August 2008
Launched and edited Sahara Time, a 48-page national English weekly newspaper, encompassing a wide spectrum of news and views of regional, national and international significance. The task, apart from steering the publication through the weekly cycle of editorial strategy, overall supervision and production, and fulfilling all administrative responsibilities in the capacity of a departmental head.

Headed the copy desk, and eventually the team of the monthly magazine. The work included planning editions, distribution of work among staffers and freelance contributors and handling the production.
