As my way of knowing on how we can continuously improve the service and keep loyal customers I often ask for feedback. It is also a way of knowing if we can offer other value added services.

I always look out for quality without compromising the quantity because at the end of the day it is numbers game in business. I put much attention to quality because it will propel any given business to grow. Quantity is always a given factor in every situation. So a balance of speed and accuracy should be imposed in every project.

I am a believer of multi-tasking and adaptability. In a fast paced industry, we need to face each situation with the desire to resolve every challenge in a timely manner thus one can document a given scenario within the call or send out promotional emails or information needed during the call.
