Having a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology I consider myself first and foremost a "problem solver" and self-starter. Positions held include Operations Manager for several training development companies, Senior Researcher, Principal Researcher, Marketing and Proposal Developer, Documentation Analyst, Instructional Developer.

I welcome projects requiring interaction with clients from all walks of life, and my fellow team members, brainstorming and conducting the necessary research and documentation development to come to a recommendation that best serves the needs of my company's clients. Having interviewed all levels of management and staff, I quickly put them at ease to determine what my company can recommend that will suit their needs whether it be management, training assessment and/or development, game-play development, work prioritization, proposal writing, marketing, human factors requirements, etc.

Opening up individual minds to the limitless possibilities their company has is my ultimate goal. Their success is my success and ultimately the success of the company I work for, a win-win-win for all. Working in both public and private sectors ~ with Fortune 500 managers, state and local government, as well as all levels and branches of the military has given me a diverse set of skills that would be a welcome addition to a forward-looking, creative company reaching out to its clients. I love the interaction with people, enjoy a good challenge, and am constantly am researching and learning.

As a motivated self-starter, I am completely confident working remotely utilizing Zoom or other necessary client platforms; with a home office that includes a loaded Lenovo, 2 Business Wireless in-ear Headsets, an over-sized

29 1/2" monitor, Epson PerfectionV600 Scanner/Printer along with an HP Envy 4520; and multi-layer of security programs added to Windows 10 to include: Trend Micro Mobile Security; Hitman Pro; Malwarebytes Premium; CCleaner Professional Edition; and Belarc Advisor.
