I have ten-year working experience in three different companies where I developed my Skills and Knowledge.
First, I worked in a Lending Institution for five years and six months. I started as an Office Assistant and I became the Officer In Charge. With this company, I do office works and I was able to talk to different types of a person from other Institutions like Banks and Government Offices. It also enhanced my computer skills in Microsoft Office application such as; word, excel, and powerpoint presentation when making weekly and monthly reports.
Then, I worked in a Call Center company as Customer Service Representative for three years and five months where I was once a Top Agent. Due to the daily use of the keyboard, my typing speed now is at least 50 words per minute. I was endorsed to the higher Tiers in just a couple of months because of my good performance. My assigned Quality Assurance Analyst said that I have an impressive call handling skills. I reached the highest Tier or Tier 3 with Refund Department. There, I usually received unhappy and irate customers.
