Discussions with block officials on some content which was design and develop by me and with consent of block officials’ contents are implemented in schools. I also participate on meeting with Cluster resource person to understand the basic difficulties faced by them during my field visit. Contents are basically designed concepts about the subject matter which makes easier for students to understand about their subject rather than going through traditional approach. The contents are shown in class room which helps students to improve their learning capacity and we also motivate teachers and students to adopt new teaching techniques. 2) Provide training to CRP/BRP/SRP: - We provide training to Block label official on CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation)/RTE (Right to Education)/Educational content/Data handling /Data formation. 3) Classroom observation: -One of our most important part of my duties we have to observe class and provide feedback on classroom functioning/Education technology/Child behavioral issue/Sitting arrangements / Lesson Plan/Uses of Chart/Portfolio/Classroom decoration /Classroom interaction/Content related issue/Content delivery. These observations are discussed with class teacher, principal, block officials and with senior management. 4) Prepare different reports: -As per instruction of seniors I collect and organize the monthly reports from our seniors and compile the same. This report is used for asses the improvement in our work and also in support to make future planning. Once it was compiled, I prepare district label report of 18 blocks. I also compile yearly /half yearly reports of our reporting formats. 5) Training on Child Cabinet: - We provide training to the member of child cabinet team along with teachers about the role and responsibility of child cabinet, we also promote them to work as a team. During training program, we teach students to be neat and clean and come school in their school uniforms, maintain discipline, follow health norms, clean school premised, awareness about plantation and environmental changes. 6) MIS support/responsibilities: -As MIS support I collect data from different blocks of different academic mentors. I also collect these data in organize way and rectify the same data to upload in our MIS software. I also provide training on EMIS to academic mentors of different blocks. After huge correction in FA/SA data I upload the same in the EMIS software. 7) Baseline and End line: -As a team I support to conduct Baseline and End line examination for our organization to know the increase/decrease in learning label. As we want to know the impact of our project. We conduct examination of students at start of batch initiation i.e., baseline and at before batch end i.e., known as end line. 8) Demo classes: - As a part of our work we have to provide demo classes on the content. In this manner we have to prepare a good content /method of teaching to give a demo in front of school teachers/Students/Principal. 9) Content designing: - As we have to provide demo classes in our concern schools, we have to design some extra ordinary content to deliver the same in the classroom. I also designed good content especially in mathematics, Hindi, English. My content is based on some basic concept rather than traditional way of teaching. 10) Bridge course: - As a part of our work we have to design and develop content on Bridge Course. Firstly we have to identify the basic concept that effects on create learning gaps among the students, then we have to prepare some good content to fill the gaps of those students whose learning capacity is slow or also for those who direct admitted to senior classes without taking admission in previous classes. IT Training: - As a teamwork I provide training on Word/Excel/PowerPoint to our team member’s. I also provide training on different type of report as per requirement of the organization. 11) Survey: -Time to time we complete the survey work assign by our organization in different blocks. We also analyze their data and prepare report for the same. 12) Data Analysis: - As a part of our work we have to analyses data of Evaluation prepare by school teachers and also from our monitoring tools and prepare plan according to the needs. We also trained School teachers and Principals/Prabhari/Block resource person /Cluster resource person for the same. 13) Cluster label training:-I provide training on CCE/Content/Classroom management/Classroom transaction at Cluster label. 14) Administrative Support: - We provide administrative support to the principal to make better environment for better learning. We support in to create school routine and try to ensure classes as per routine.
