Vinson Portanova

My name is Vinson Portanova. I currently reside in Miami, FL. I’m currently a student at New World School of Arts college and I am working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts. I’ve worked with children through tutoring and being a substitute teacher. As a tutor, I’ve helped students ranging from elementary to middle school but I’ve mainly worked with elementary students. I’ve helped with some math and science but I’ve mostly done English. As a substitute teacher, I’ve taught a variety of classes such as gifted, ASD, and many other SPED classes alongside the regular classes. I've acquired skills such as active listening, teamwork, problem-solving, time management,  communication, patience, and creativity.
