I have been working in BPO for 3 years and specialized in customer service. This become helpful for me as a social media manager to engage with customers because of the knowledge how to respond and to look on a customer's perspective. When pandemic hits, I enrolled in a legit business consultancy to learn social media management and acquired skills such as content management/curation, engagement, and optimization. I am an aspiring full-time entrepreneur hence I always want to work for and help other entrepreneurs.
