Handle responsibilities of providing first-line technical support to customers in using the applications
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups using Ops manager.
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessar using acronis backup and recovery software.
Maintain and working on Systems,servers

Change ownership of file and set permissions on file system for owner, group and others,
Installation and configuration of Linux OS (Centos 6.9) and Windows server 2008 and 2008 R2. And Troubleshooting Performance Issues with Windows/Unix servers.
