Vincenzo Palma

I am a Management Engineer (major in Innovation Management) passionate about the world of innovation, project management and business technology.

As an Innovation Consultant Trainee at Ayming, I supported the project management activities for innovative and collaborative EU R&D projects.

I worked as a Business Analyst intern at Deloitte Consulting on an international digital transformation project, after the Deloitte DIGITA Academy (a one-year specialization course on digital transformation and industry innovation in partnership with Deloitte Digital).

I lived in 5 cities across 3 continents for study and work purposes, developing an international mindset and love for multicultural workplaces.

I am the President of an association and responsible for many projects based on the principles of social inclusion, equal opportunities, aimed at raising funds, caring for the environment and the people of my city. This experience, together with other volunteering roles in different associations, helps me to develop excellent organizational, relational, teamwork and communication skills, besides the flexibility and ability to adapt even to the most complex situations.

I consider myself an open-minded person, with huge curiosity and a strong determination and orientation to the objective and the result. I find new challenges in problem-solving that motivate and excite me at the same time. I like to think outside the box to reach my goals. I like to combine creativity and an analytical look on a project. I hate to leave an incomplete job, so I use all the resources at my disposal to achieve personal and team goals.
