Vincent is currently a senior consultant in the consulting practice of Earnst & Young. He joined EY in November 2021 and is based out of the Taguig, Manila office. He has had multiple work experiences across different industries where his responsibilities vary from application development, reports development, reporting, scheduling and forecasting, project management, and supervision of resources.

Current employment (EY):
Vincent was trained as per the CSS training program, which includes, end to end Engagement Lifecycle activities, Mercury concepts and Dashboard creation.
He worked as a part of a Project Management team for 6 months, supporting a banking project (Oceania). His tasks included: Project coordination, financial and status reporting, scheduling/resource management, work order/purchase order management, billing and invoicing, meeting facilitation and archiving and repository management. He worked on ad hoc spreadsheet reports that span from financial reports to historical data reports summarizing data from various periods of time using a wide variety of tables and charts, and simple to complex formula and Visual Basic macro programming. He also worked on dashboards using PowerBI that was used for high-level monthly meetings highlighting periodical data progress and large-scale data overview.
He worked on a short engagement and developed a risk assessment document for a government agency (Oceania). The document was created to automate risk assessment for providing services to a specific demographic.
He was part of the PMO team supporting the recent deployment of an update for the company’s internal management system. His tasks included - coordinating with stakeholders, analysis of on-going issues and incidents, facilitating daily meetings, preparation of data and dashboard, and root cause analysis.
He was placed in charge of developing and modifying an assignment application for an internal project (Japan) that manages resources and their respective engagement assignments of an entire competency. In this engagement, he utilized tools such as PowerAutomate and PowerApps.
Prior to current employment:
Vincent worked as a Workforce Management Mission Control Analyst with Teleperformance for a year and 10 months and supported several projects ranging from telecommunication to health insurance. His responsibilities included creating interval, daily, weekly and monthly reports for new projects, and generation of real-time data analysis and reports for existing projects.
He was awarded Top Mission Control Analyst on Davao Site for the month of September 2017, then Davao Offshore Mission Control Analyst of the Year for 2018.
He worked as a Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst with Teleperformance for 10 months supporting a telecommunication project. His responsibilities included data forecasting and analysis, scheduling of resources and facilitation of weekly meetings with stakeholders.
He worked as a Workforce Management Supervisor with Teleperformance assigned to scheduling and forecasting for 1 year and 11 months supporting several projects that include Hotels, Health Insurance, IT and web support, and E-commerce projects. His responsibilities included managing/supervising a team of scheduling analysts, audit and review of analysts’ outputs, creation of reports for newly acquired projects, business data analysis, capacity planning, scheduling of resources, and facilitation of meetings. The entire operation was heavily dependent on his work and responsibilities as he served as the bridge between the clients and the operations team, implementing changes in planning in accordance with the requirements and goals provided.
