Designing and leading the Digital Analytics Customer Strategy for Australia’s largest
online travel retailer and major global airline. Solving complex analytics, business
intelligence, and insights problems with strategy and technology solutions across the
whole Qantas group of businesses.
Lead architect and advanced implementation for Digital analytics at Qantas Airlines
utilising Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch & Adobe Experience Cloud from
solution design to tag management & data layer implementation across the Qantas
digital stack from web to mobile applications.
Designing and implementing cutting edge agile, devops and security best-practices
for Analytics at Qantas with a CI/CD release pipeline for all analytics and 3rd party
marketing tags to ensure governance and security-first mindset approach to
analytics such as Service Now, JIRA, Adobe, CDW/EDW.
Digital lead for the Voice of the Customer (VOC) project using customer feedback
research tool Qualtrics to create insights from surveys and interviews, connecting
VOC across number of digital systems and internal systems for actionable CX
insights. Build and drive measurement of success metrics and modelling for digital
applications and channels such as NPS, CSAT, CES and LTV/Churn.
Design and Implement complex analytical solutions to changes in legislation or
landscape with solutions for GDPR, ITP/ETP, cookies, 3rd party tags, and privacy as the
product owner for solutions like OneTrust for Qantas Airways.

clients digital portfolio’s with Volkswagen Group, Telstra, McDonalds and Westfarmers

On-top the accounts I was a founding member of the Analytics product leadership

Managing a portfolio of 20+ clients and a team of 12 in a number of digital marketing
disciplines for this boutique agency, predominately across the Travel vertical. Brought
a wealth of knowledge to the business and drove a big impact by streamlining
operations, internal training & development as well as working on existing and new
clients. Working as a 2IC role to the Managing Director of this agency.
Number of capstone projects included an AI-driven content marketing engine for
Expedia and Gumtree (eBay Group) as well as R&D projects such as in-store customer
tracking using beacons.

As the IT & Communications Lead, I co-ordinate all aspects of volunteer related ICT
strategy across communication networks and infrastructure, technology standards,
business support application development, data standards and analytics.
The solutions and systems designed and implemented touches on a volunteer
member base of nearly 3,500 members in NSW. From maintaining and developing an
event management system to e-patient health records and communication networks
used in tandem with NSW Emergency Services (Government Radio Network).
As a clinical volunteer providing advanced medical first response in the community
and also taking a command or supporting command role at major deployments such
as Sydney New Years Eve and NSW Bushfire response working alongside government,
local organisations, NSW Health and other emergency services.
