Digital lead for the Voice of the Customer (VOC) project using customer feedback research tool Qualtrics to create insights from surveys and interviews, connecting VOC across number of digital systems and internal systems for actionable CX insights. Build and drive measurement of success metrics and modelling for digital applications and channels such as NPS, CSAT, CES and LTV/Churn. Design and Implement complex analytical solutions to changes in legislation or landscape with solutions for GDPR, ITP/ETP, cookies, 3rd party tags, and privacy as the product owner for solutions like OneTrust for Qantas Airways.
