Has the ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specification and manuals; plan testing procedures, can determine the proper kind and type of parts and equipment needed for instrument installation and instrument repair, establish and maintain effective working relationship with those contacted in the course work and can operate effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and written.

Possess a good communicational skill and able to provide the needed leadership in attaining the company’s goal and objective, has a thorough understanding and implementation of Project Specification and Project Procedures, instrument test plans, method statements and other QA/QC required documents including client’s DEP (design and engineering practices).
