During my 13 years in HRIS consulting at Logica Business Consulting and Saba Software I have had the opportunity to lead some of the largest and most interesting international HRIS Cloud projects in Europe for clients such as AstraZeneca, Siemens, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank, Renault, Nissan, Electricité de France and ATOS. I am extremely excited to start a new adventure as an independent contractor / freelance.

If I have learned anything from these projects/clients and from many others, it's that there are no unique and ideal solutions which work everywhere. While I do believe in HR Best Practices and Project Management Fundamentals, I have noticed that even the best ideas always need to be at least slightly adapted to the specific context of each client – for example to: industry, size, growth rate, company culture, country, HR process objectives and of course to the actual people forming the Project Team.

Therefore I believe one of my main roles will be to work with your Project team to make sure I understand your context fully and ensure it is taken into account in the solutions that we design jointly and in the actual implementation of these solutions.
