I started working young getting my experience in the field of sales, customer service, and appointment setting, I developed the skills needed to move on to teaching English as a second language for grades 6th to 11th in a Colombian Bilingual Camp school, Moved on to perform high ticket sales, customer service and tech support for multinational companies, I then started working from home as a freelancer on Upwork and also Craigslist where I developed my skills to provide call center management services to clients in the United States, hiring over 20 case managers and financial advisor appointment setters, micromanaging and delivering results to clients in the fields of PI Law and Finance.

I have also worked in Graphic Design, SEO, Digital marketing, and Web Research.
