I have worked in the BPO industry for a total of 6 years, handling different lines of business. I have been a Customer Service Specialist which handles advanced concerns of costumers such as billing, complaints, disputes and a lot more. With this I have developed patience and genuine concern for customers, I make sure that the need behind their needs is covered. I have also been a Technical Support Associate, with this I have developed advanced knowledge about technical stuff. I have also developed ways on how to make customers understand difficult tasks with simple words. I have also handled Financial Services, which made me understand even more just how important security is. Not to mention that I have superb conversational skills. I am proud to say that I have perfected interacting with consumers whether it be chat, email, or voice.
