I’m a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with over 7 years of experience in manual testing, primarily in remote roles across startups and established companies like Polker, Twala, and ReadyTech. I specialize in ensuring software quality through a structured and detail-oriented approach to testing.

In my day-to-day work, I write and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements, conduct manual regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, and work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues. I use tools like Jira and Trello for bug tracking and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to clarify requirements and improve overall quality early in the development cycle.

I'm well-versed in testing web and mobile applications across various browsers and devices to ensure consistency and performance. I also perform API testing using Postman and have experience with basic automation using Cypress and Ghost Inspector. I participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and help prepare release validation and smoke tests before deployments.

In my current role, I continue to apply these practices while aiming to optimize QA processes and support smooth and reliable product releases. I also take ownership of creating and maintaining test documentation and coverage reports to support transparency and ongoing quality improvement.
