• We get interview request over emails, it‟s our job to track it, and from the time

candidate‟s availability, until we confirm the interview like rescheduling the
interviews.
• The first thing when we get offers is to keep reminder over them, to track
them as we need to
either accept or decline the offer in a period of 24 hrs.
• Other inquiry included, interview feedback request, increase submission
slots, rehire checks,

• After the candidate accepts the offer we need to follow up with on-boarding
team for the
status of screenings and has to be communicated with client. We must follow
up with onboarding team until they provide us the confirmation of the candidates start.
• Following are the queries while coordinating with the HR team like leave
update, Attendance
issue, Injury, Shift changes. We need to inform the client regarding these
updates in a timely
manner.
• Certain things under Administration related to Timesheet issues, Work order
and Work order
revision, Account/Receivable department, Invoice and Payroll. We have to
follow up for them
