Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for completing all key projects in the stipulated time, monitored the site workers & quality, coordinated with clients.
• Planning and execution of works as per design & drawing.
•Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedule.
•Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
•Preparation of bar bending schedule, B.O.Q’s, sub-contractor bills and etc.,
•Execute steel as per approved structural design.
•Study of the related documents such as drawings, electrical drawings, plans, etc.,
•Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls, and slabs, etc. .
•Explaining the work and study of assembly drawings to the newcomers.
•Checking the quality of steel and grade of concrete as per structural requirement, diameter shape, and cement.
•Checking the defects like porosity, slag, excess penetration, air cracks, etc.
•Checking the work in the finishing stages and making the right and perfect work done in that stage.
•Meeting with site team to review production schedule and confirm all materials, equipment, and resources are readily available for proper production to continue on schedule and within budget.
•Checking all IFC and shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements, and project data throughout the project duration.
• Providing technical input for the project team and schedule. Identifying risk elements of production, materials, equipment’s or process that could negatively impact projects and cost.
•Notifying team and management of any significant changes and development that might lead to delays and cost increase.
•Initiating and managing all requests for information (RFIs) as needed by project.
•Inspecting all the activities stage by stage with proper documentation (Inspection request).
•Accurate quantity using assigned project cost coding to ensure project financials are accurately reported.
•Managing invoices with the company accounting team regarding materials, equipment, and subcontractor needs.
•Assisting the estimation team with a project schedule, budget, and cost parameters by providing technical inputs as needed.
•Assisting development of design, drawing and providing technical inputs as needed.
•Checking and closing out a checklist with owner representative and site team at the end of the project.
•Preparation of Method of Statements in any new activities as per specification.
•Maintaining knowledge of company values and strategic plan.
