I have experienced in working as Customer Service Representative in
One World Connections. I worked with the following tasks: Assisting customer with their
concern or problem, provided debt payments, and performed opening new account/order. I have successfully coordinated work flow. As well as Virtual Assistant at One Contact Center wherein I do an administrative tasks that are similar to those of an executive assistant or secretary, organizing the calendar and call all the potential clients who made an inquiry and set them an appointment.
