I have hands on experience in mould making and plastic injection moulding industry. A proper design of injection mould is required to achieve less cycle time and extended lifetime of mould. I can provide injection mould designs with technical drawings for manufacturing.

I will provide proper development of :

• Advance parting line selection and core/cavity
• Injection runner system and gating
• Ejectors
• Venting
• Cooling

• Complete 3D model of the injection mould and parts
• 3D part files for each part and manufacturing drawings
• Mould assembly drawing
• Continuous support until mould design is manufactured and commercialized

As injection mould design responsibility is long term, I will provide free service after completing the gig for trouble shooting.
