Hardworking, fast learner, quick thinker. I started working as a clerk for a call center. I learned the business and quickly escalated positions. My best asset is that I am able to accommodate myself to the needs of the company and I am able to multitask, not only within the same type of work, but with different types of projects and work that could be related or non-related to each other. My interest is always to benefit the company with my experience and hard work as well as to teach employees to be able to address the issues presented by our clients the best way possible in order to keep our clients satisfied with our services.
I have been working for over 20 years and I enjoy always learning new and different approaches to business management issues. Having vertical experience allows me to understand the needs in each level of the business. I am able to create and manage employee scheduling and the necessary reports to assure that all goals are being met, and take appropriate action if they are not.
One of the most important assets that I can bring to your company is that I have management experience in live call centers as well as remote call centers, being the last 6 years of my experience in remote working and having worked as a Customer Service Representative as well as a Team Leader.
