1. CAREER PROFILE SUMMARY
Near 10 years of experience and mindset in advertising agencies : started at the very bottom of the
ladder as a mere graphic designer to become an in-house creative director. The more you focus on what
makes you happy, the more it drives you towards fulfilment. Since the beginning of my career in graphic
design, I’ve been lucky enough to seize one-in-a-lifetime opportunities to learn, teach, coach and help
growing people and companies I worked for. The moment you stop learning, you start declining. The
story of an IT guy who became a designer.

2. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
• REBRANDING AOS AFRICA — Ivory Coast.
Transformed AOS AFRICA positioning stand through a full agency rebrand. The agency is present in Ivory Coast,
Burkina Faso and Togo and resulted from a full restructuration and purpose reframing of FCB INTUITION.
• LAUNCHING YOOMEE MOBILE — Cameroon.
Spearheaded the successful launching campaign of Yoomee Mobile, a cameroonian telecom provider. Prepared,
defined, articulated and executed the look and feel of advertising and marketing campaign going from the brand
identity to the showrooms setups.
• SUCCESSFUL PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN — Burkina Faso.
Orchestrated the victorious presidential election of Roch Marc-Christian Kaboré, the President currently in power in
Burkina Faso by overseeing the creative team with the design, the articulation and the execution of the candidate visual
identity and architecture of the campaign.

Advertising and marketing agency — Formerly FCB INTUITION.
• Team — 3 to 5 people.

• Key achievements — Achieved the repositioning of AOS AFRICA by successfully heading the integral rebranding of the agency.
AOS AFRICA is the brand new marketing and advertising agency resulting from a purpose retargeting of FCB INTUITION. —
Successfully charted in Cameroon the launch of YOOMEE MOBILE, the first native-led telecom provider company, including the
brand design and key visuals. — Successfully designed the rebranding of VASES D’HONNEUR, a worldwide renowned evangelic
church ministry aimed to spread the Gospel. All of this with the talented creative team I was overseeing.

5. ABOUT ME... AND YOU

Design is a formal response to a strategic and business question. We perceive up to 80% of all impressions by means of our sight.
My passion for design enable me to manage and maintain brand essence across various mediums and produce high-quality creative
work that is customer-effective. That way, I help companies and individuals strengthen their brand equity by building strong and
structured brand identities as well as impactful advertising visuals facilitating them to lock in consumers' perception in the most
striking and sustainable way.
During those years, I nurtured a broad skillset and high sense of organization, as well as project planning skills that enabled me to
perform a wide range of assignments going from printed and digital marketing materials, ads for publications, proposals, facility
graphics, presentations, signage, posters, newsletters, social networking, collateral materials and logo design or corporate identity.
Moreover, having been involved in international projects accross 4 countries have enhanced my ability to conceive and implement
concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion. On my learning path, I had the
opportunity to develop a forward-thinking mindset that’s currently helping me manage team and client communications. While
overseeing teams, I can easily meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple assignments while changing priorities (if needed) or
deal with alternative solutions on-the-fly. Responding positively to design critique helps smoothen that whole back-and-forth
process and communication. I also have a detailed understanding of the print production process.
My relevant experience helped me direct and motivate graphic designers, photographers, videographers, social media teams etc.
and enable them to use their talents effectively within a defined creative direction. Meanwhile, my detail-oriented vision enables me
to write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs. All of this while coordinating designs with agencies and
internal marketing team.

understanding in projects going from brand identity and development to advertising materials as well as a strong knowledge of
design principles in general, especially typography and page layout.
While growing and thickening my expertise in the latest agency I worked for recently, I was able to support the company business
development efforts by integrating the Board : this one-in-a-lifetime opportunity enabled me provide strategic solutions as a Brand
Designer / Brand Keeper.
