Vikrant Singh

I’m Vikrant Singh, a journalist, fact-checker, and editorial strategist with over three years of experience across digital media, political communication, and narrative storytelling. With a background in commerce (Lucknow University) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, I’ve built a career at the intersection of facts and narrative—where accuracy meets impact.

Currently, I work at Only Fact India, where I lead investigations, verify viral claims, and craft editorial content on geopolitics, elections, misinformation, and more. My role demands more than just writing—it requires vigilance, speed, and editorial instinct. Prior to this, I worked as a columnist for TFI Global and The Frustrated Indian, producing analysis-rich commentary on domestic and global affairs. I’ve also reported independently on the Russia–Ukraine war and led communications strategy for political candidates in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

In 2022, I served as the creative director of a documentary covering the UP Assembly Elections, working on the ground to capture political shifts and public sentiment. My writing, both in Hindi and English, crosses 1,000 published articles. This bilingual fluency allows me to reach diverse audiences with precision and cultural depth.

My strengths lie in clear thinking, deep observation, and a sharp eye for detail. I approach every story—whether it’s a policy deep-dive or a fact-check—with structure, emotion, and strategic intent. I’m also experienced with social media dynamics, particularly Twitter/X, and understand how narratives move in today’s fast-paced information economy.

Off-screen, I’m a swimmer, fitness enthusiast, and an avid reader of history and geopolitics. I think independently, work patiently, and believe in telling the truth even when it’s complex.

I’m now seeking a role that challenges both my intellect and creativity—ideally at the intersection of journalism, strategy, and digital communication. I bring a rare mix of field experience, editorial judgment, and storytelling craft to the table.
