I have 3 years of experience in Technical and Customer Support. I have worked with Teleperformance and the clients were Symantec and Cricket Wireless. Throughout my work, I ensured and focused on customer satisfaction. I believe that a happy customer is a new customer added and they will stay with company for a long run. I have experience with both chat and calling. During my work, I also got familiar with remote working and troubleshooting.
For my performance, I won Customer Satisfaction Award 3 times and always maintained customer satisfaction ratings above 90%. I was also a reliability champion for 2 months because of my customer retention skills. I believe in team work and together as a team we can contribute to the organisation and help our customers.
