I am working as a operations manager at a towing company in the USA in the state of California, where the role involves in working from end to end operations of the company including accepting calls from insurance, talking to the customer, assigning driver, billing and pay check calculation. Apart from that taking cash calls from the leads provided by insurance sometimes customers directly calls and have to handle them. One large task is dealing with the damage claims by customers by verifying the claims, by looking into the history of the dash cams if the damage is really done by driver, and negotiating with the customer to bring the car to our auto body shop to fix the damage if it is done by the driver of the company, I can handle any kind of customer support job with ease and give the best customer support
