Review the documents provided by the customer – Income Document, bank statement,
employment/Business Proof, KYC documents, ITR, From 26AS etc.
Conduct the personal discussion with the customer over the phone or in person - conduct
the verification based on the documents, financials and requirement.
Assess client’s financial status through ratios like FOIR, ABB and LTV.
Verify the bureau score and interpret the CIBIL report for repayment and risk assessment
Evaluate Credit worthiness of the customer, Risk associated and mitigates
