I am a very reliable employee. I was on a BPO company for 9 straight years and I think my tenure speaks a lot about my reliability and loyalty. I had worked there as a consumer billing specialist, a subject matter expert and as an inbound sales supervisor/ team leader. I have undergone numerous trainings in the course of my tenure, most significantly about sales and people handling skills. I have recently resigned to be with my children but has left the company with pride and a huge number of loving friends and subordinates. I can very well work under pressure and I am keen into details. I am also looking for a stable full time job, thus I have invested on a good internet provider and a brand new top of the line laptop.
