Custom Monday.com System for a Busy Law Firm
Client Background:
A fast-paced law firm needed a centralized workspace to manage everything from client intake to trial prep, plus internal admin and
marketing. Their current system was fragmented, leading to missed deadlines, scattered updates, and heavy manual coordination.
The Challenge:
They wanted to:
Improve visibility across cases and deadlines
Automate task assignments and updates
Organize legal, admin, and marketing workstreams
Simplify collaboration across attorneys, paralegals, and admin staff
My Solution:
I designed a tailored Monday.com workspace with:
Custom boards for case tracking, court calendars, billing, and marketing
Smart automations for reminders, status updates, and handoffs

Loan Application Workflow Automation
Custom Monday.com & Zapier System for a Finance Client
Client Background:
A financial services provider was struggling to manage incoming loan applications. Their process involved manual form submissions, email
follow-ups, and scattered data stored across spreadsheets. This caused delays, missed applications, and a lack of visibility for both the client
and their team.
The Challenge:
They wanted to:
Centralise loan applications in one structured system
Automate status tracking and notifications
Eliminate repetitive manual work in data entry and follow-up
Improve client experience with faster responses and organized communication
My Solution:
I designed and implemented a tailored workflow that included:
A custom Monday.com board to capture, track, and manage loan applications end-to-end
A Zapier automation recipe that linked the form to Monday.com, automatically creating new entries and triggering updates
Smart automations for reminders, loan status updates, and internal task handoffs
A branded loan application form that fed directly into the system for accuracy and efficiency
Clear, visual dashboards for real-time oversight of application progress

📈 Options Trading Workflow – Airtable Automation for a Coaching Program

An options trading coach needed a better way to manage weekly trades shared with paid members. The Slack-based manual system
made it hard to track trade status and keep updates organized
🎯 The Challenge:
The client wanted to:
Replace manual Slack updates with automated workflows
Track trade statuses like Waiting, Active, or Closed (Win/Loss)
Create a clean, weekly view of trades for non-technical members
Integrate with Slack to alert the group when key changes happen
✅ My Solution:
I built a structured Airtable Trade Tracker using their existing Google Sheet as a foundation. Key features included:
Fields for Ticker, Expiration, Entry/Target Prices, Stop Loss, Notes
Status field that triggers automated Slack messages when trades go Active or Closed
Custom Views for each trading week and filters by trade status
Optional tags for Week or Setup Type to keep trades grouped
A clean UI that even non-technical users could understand at a glance

🤖 Eligibility Quiz Automation – No-Code Scoring & Dynamic Email Flow in Zapier
Personalized decision logic built without a single line of code
Client Overview:
An education support program needed to automate its eligibility screening process based on quiz scores. They wanted to instantly calculate results,
personalise communication, and offer randomised support benefits—all without using code.
The Challenge:
Score answers from a 3-question form
Auto-reject or accept applicants based on score thresholds
If accepted, randomly assign one selected support option
Format a follow-up date and personalise email content
My Solution:
Using Zapier, I created a smart workflow that:
Captures responses from the quiz form (via Google Forms.
Uses Formatter & Utilities to:
Assign points
total score
Add 7 days to the submission date
Randomly pick one selected support option
Sends a personalised email via Gmail:
Rejection email if score < 20
Acceptance email if score ≥ 20, including support benefit and follow-up date
Result:
A zero-code, logic-driven eligibility system that works 24/7, ensuring every applicant receives the right message instantly and automatically.

🛒 E-Commerce Order Automation
Smart Shipping Logic with Country-Based Delivery Windows
🔍 Client Challenge:
An e-commerce business was overwhelmed by manual tasks: calculating total order prices, checking customer locations,
assigning correct shipping dates, and then sending confirmation emails, all one by one.
They needed a streamlined, error-free solution to handle this process automatically, no matter where their customers were
ordering from.
✅ My Solution:
To eliminate the manual workload, I designed an automated system using Google Forms and Zapier.
Once a customer submits their order, the system immediately calculates the total price of the items and determines the
appropriate shipping date based on their location.
For Canadian customers, 3 days are added to the transaction date; for those in the United States, 7 days; and for all other
countries, a full month is added.
The shipping date is then formatted, for example, Fri Jul 4 06:57:39 -, and included in a personalised
confirmation email.
Each email also details the ordered items, the total cost, and the estimated delivery date, making the experience smooth
and efficient for the customer. The entire process runs automatically within seconds, with no manual effort required.

📈 Lead Sync Automation – Google Sheets, Google Contacts & Airtable
Turning raw lead entries into synced contacts and organized records
Client Overview:
A service-based business wanted to automate how new leads move from a Google Sheet into their contact system and CRM. Their old process was
manual and prone to duplicate entries and delays.
The Challenge:
Auto-create Google Contacts from new leads in Google Sheets
Sync those contacts into Airtable for team tracking
Update Google Sheets status automatically to reflect progress
My Solution:
I created a 2-Zap system using Zapier:
Zap 1:
→ Trigger: New/updated Google Sheets row with Status = "Pending"
→ Action: Create Contact in Google Contacts (First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Tag)
Zap 2:
→ Trigger: New Google Contact created
→ Action 1: Create a matching record in Airtable (Leads table)
→ Action 2: Find and update the source row in Google Sheets → Status = “Contacted”
Result: A fully synced lead flow from Sheets → Contacts → Airtable with zero manual input

🔁 Lead Management Automation – Google Forms → Notion + Slack (via Make.com)
🔍 Client Challenge:
No more manual copy-paste. Smarter, faster lead flow for modern marketing ops.
A digital marketing agency was manually transferring leads from multiple Google Forms into Notion, wasting time and risking errors. They needed an
intelligent, automated pipeline that could also identify premium prospects in real time.
✅ My Solution:
Auto-send form entries to a Notion database
Tag leads by budget range (Low / Mid / High)
Alert the team on Slack when a premium lead comes in
Keep everything no-code and cost-effective (free Make plan)
✅ What I Built (in Make.com):
A scenario that triggers from Google Sheets (form-linked)
Uses filters + routers to sort leads by budget
Sends each to Notion with proper tagging + “New Lead” status
Sends Slack alerts for high-budget submissions
