Introduction
Welcome to my portfolio!
I'm Victory Leonard, a licensed lawyer, and over the years, I’ve carved
a niche at the intersection of law, business systems, and no-code
automations. My core expertise lies in designing smart, scalable
solutions that simplify operations, boost efficiency, and save teams
hours of manual work.
From legal services such as contract formation, document review,
legal research, contract negotiations, ADR, and ODR, to business
registration, compliance filing, and more, I utilise tools like Clio,
DocuSign, Airtable, Zapier, Monday.com, and Make.com, among
others. I’ve built automations that power legal workflows and handle
contracts. Every solution I provide is shaped by my legal training:
meticulous, strategic, and results-oriented.

Service: Legal Research, Comparative Entity Advisory, Regulatory Strategy
Scope & Background:

Choosing the right entity type (LLC, Ltd, C-Corp, etc.)
Understanding sponsor requirements, liability structures, and tax exposure.
Implementing UBO disclosure and governance policies aligned with CTA, CAMA, and global AML standards
Results Delivered:
A fully documented, jurisdiction-sensitive corporate setup strategy that enables secure international expansion.
