Victoria Kacheche

Victoria Kacheche is an IT professional with five years experience. She worked at United Nations Department of Safety and Security(UNDSS) as a Radio Operator. She was part of Emergency Response Team making sure that UN staff members emergencies are responded to in timely manner and she was also responsible in maintaining radio contact with all radio users, stations and vehicles operating on the United Nations inter-agency radio network(s). She was volunteering a recruitment and Selection Coordinator position held at Young African Leaders Initiative Regional Leadership center(YALI-RLC)Southern Africa, Malawi chapter. She made sure hiring process in YALI RLC SA program  run smoothly by sourcing passive candidates, carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems obtained at Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences(MUBAS) formerly known as University of Malawi, The Polytechnic obtained in the year 2018.She also holds Certificates of completion in Cyber security Foundation,certificate in Designing and Implementing Monitoring and Evaluating Systems and Public Management issued by LinkedIn Learning,Alison and YALI-RLC SA respectively.
