I am Victoria James,  I’m Career driven with ability to think critically and make rational decisions about every situation and I have strong passion and skills when it comes to customer service,  sales, telemedicine etc, and adapting to existing or different clients. I understand how delicate the role is which requires alot of patience, empathy and tolerance inorder to meet each customer needs and request.

I recently worked on a telemedicine project as a customer support for Turbham Ltd and it included attending to patients and handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally inorder to satisfy our clients.

I also worked as a customer support agent and a logistics broker for a logistics company.

I am experienced in software such as Ms packages,vici dial, zoll, chase data, md360, Carrier 411, Safer, DAT power, quick base, ring central,Nextiva etc.  I believe that hardwork and dedication makes a difference.
