A private urology practice based in Mexico, led by a certified specialist
with a growing digital presence with a target audience of men and
women across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe, seeking
information and treatment options for urological and intimate health
concerns. The goal was to increase reach, build a credible online
community, and convert that digital engagement into consultations
that were both online and in person.
CHALLENGE
Urology, especially topics related to intimate areas like the urethra or
genitals, often carries stigma or hesitation online. The challenge was

SOLUTION
Developed an organic content strategy focused on breaking taboos
through relatable, educational, and often humorous video content
that showcased the doctor’s authentic personality. In parallel, we ran

CHALLENGE
Although the brand had an established presence, after moving to a
new location meant starting over in a neighborhood with existing
dessert competition. We needed to quickly capture the attention of
nearby customers through content that stood out in a saturated
market, especially among younger audiences with short attention
spans and high visual standards.
SOLUTION
We implemented a content strategy focused on creating short-form,
trend-driven videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, showcasing the
taiyaki experience through fun, engaging storytelling and launching
paid ads focused on geo-targeting and weekly in-store promotions,
working directly with the sales team to create giveaways or weekly

includes middle- to high-income families looking to invest in new
homes, as well as entrepreneurs and developers interested in custom
commercial spaces.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to build brand awareness for a new firm and to
position him as a trustworthy choice in order to ultimately drive direct
sales.
SOLUTION
Through both organic and targeted ad campaigns, we combined
educational breakdowns of construction quality and materials, visual
storytelling of the design process and final projects, and promotional
content focused on high-intent buyer segments in key geographic
zones, highlighting what made his projects unique and how they
