Victoria Amor Fajardo Mijares

I’m a recent graduate of the Technological University of the Philippines, where I earned my degree in Computer Engineering Technology and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I’m now looking to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve developed through both academic and hands on experience in a meaningful, full-time role. Through my internship at SM Investments Corporation, I became confident working with account provisioning, access systems, and IT helpdesk tasks. I handled over 300 user accounts and regularly resolved service requests, all while learning how to balance efficiency with accuracy and user satisfaction. I also had the opportunity to work with All Marine Offshore Solutions, both in the Philippines and later with their team in Singapore. These roles gave me exposure to client coordination, digital record handling, and offshore logistics support all in fast-paced, detail-driven environments. I learned the value of clear communication, adaptability, and professionalism, especially when working across teams and time zones. I’m eager to bring this background into a role where I can keep learning and contribute to a team that values reliability, initiative, and continuous growth. I’m confident that my mix of technical experience and people skills would be a good fit in a variety of settings.
