I worked as graphic artist in a huge supermarket. I was responsible for all the price and promo updates. The layouting is not complex because the templates are already provided, but I was able to learn the basic and use of CorelDraw.

I worked as customer service representative in Western Union. So I was able to improve in customer relations management area, answering and handling customers complains and giving best possible solutions and giving excellent customer service. I was also responsible for proper and accurate keeping and entry of customers record in the system.

I have passion in technology and electronics. It is also the reason that I took a two year course in IT and learn some basic computer programming. So it was an advantage for me when I worked in offices when there were basic computer hardware and troubleshooting that occurs.
