I am a dedicated IT Support and System Integration Specialist with a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and strong experience supporting airline operations and digital infrastructure. My professional background spans both corporate IT environments and aviation-specific systems, where I have consistently delivered secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology solutions.

Currently, I serve as an IT Support Officer at United Nigeria Airlines, where I manage and maintain key systems including email platforms (Microsoft 365 and Zoho Mail), websites, and booking engine integrations. I play a pivotal role in supporting and training staff, resolving technical issues, managing cybersecurity protocols, and ensuring compliance with IOSA standards. My ability to troubleshoot efficiently and implement best practices in system security, backups, and incident response has significantly contributed to seamless operations within the airline.

One of my core strengths lies in system integration, especially with airline-specific technologies such as the Videcom Booking Engine, Sabre GDS, ATPCO, and OAG. I have also worked closely with payment gateway systems, ensuring secure and reliable transaction environments.

In addition to IT support and integration, I have strong web development skills with deep knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. This allows me to build, customize, and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing websites. My web design expertise is complemented by a background in graphic design using Photoshop and certifications in digital marketing and SEO, which support effective digital engagement strategies.

Earlier in my career, I served on the Technical/IP Operations team at Galaxy Backbone Limited, where I configured and deployed IP phones, supported LAN infrastructure, and installed video conferencing systems across various locations. This experience broadened my understanding of enterprise IT systems and strengthened my network and communication skills.
