I'm a Technical Support professional with over 5 years of experience helping customers troubleshoot complex issues, navigate software platforms, and get the most out of technology. Based in the UK, I'm fully remote ready and equipped with a reliable home office setup including dual monitors and high speed internet.

My background spans L2 and L3 technical support at Bitdefender where I handled 40+ daily customer interactions across phone, email and chat. I specialised in troubleshooting IoT devices, network configurations and software issues, always with a patient and customer first approach. I also have experience creating knowledge base articles, improving workflows and collaborating with product teams to resolve recurring issues.

More recently I've worked as an AI Trainer where I evaluated and improved Large Language Model responses, curated training datasets and ensured accuracy and quality. This role sharpened my attention to detail, written communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

I bring a genuine curiosity for how things work. Outside of work I maintain a home lab for network experimentation, stay up to date with tech trends and I hold a Level 4 qualification in Computing and IT.
