Hello! I am Victor, I am 22 years old, and I am from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.I graduated from high school at Colégio Rui Barbosa. I have an advanced level of English covering all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I achieved this through the Achieve Languages network, where I studied for about 4 years and was awarded select certificates for high academic performance. Furthermore, I have taken courses in basic and commercial computing, programming, and image manipulation, and I am currently a Psychology student at Una!In my previous experience at Qintess, I worked as an HR Assistant. I am always seeking to listen, express myself, and learn, just as I am always open to new experiences and opportunities.As an HR Assistant at Qintess, I worked with active talent hunting, managing candidate control spreadsheets, and formatting CVs to international standards. I also pioneered the management and handling of Qintess' referral program, 'Eu Indico' (I Refer), for recruitment and selection purposes regarding open positions within the Talent International team.At Applus+ IDIADA, I worked as a Recruitment and Selection Intern, where I was responsible for managing the entire hiring process for some of the company's vacancies, ranging from opening the position in the recruitment system, active candidate sourcing, conducting interviews in Portuguese and English, participating in technical interviews, to the final hiring of personnel!
