Victor Arikpo Ubi

I am a Public Health professional with experience in healthcare service delivery, research, and academic instruction. My career spans work with the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), the Cross River State Water Board, and as an Instructor at the Nigerian Army College of Nursing, Yaba. I have contributed to community health outreach, immunization campaigns, WASH programs, and nursing education.

I bring expertise in public health program implementation, research and proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation, compliance, and training. Skilled in engaging communities, mentoring students, and collaborating with stakeholders, I combine strong technical knowledge with leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
