• Developed and brokered sponsorship as the Official Real Estate Company of the Dallas Cowboys; responsible for
all sponsorship activation, media, and contractual obligations. Insured design requirements, approvals and brand

Cowboys marketing, account, and executive staff.
• Directed marketing strategy and innovation designed to deliver business impact to internal clients
(over 1,000 independent contractor agents) in conjunction with matrixed team representing all agents, offices,

programs and developed scalable lead generation systems for real estate agents and umbrella companies.
