For more than ten years of working experience, I gathered multiple valuable skill sets on various job types. I have more than six years of Customer Service Experience and, I continually develop as a well-rounded CSR.

I've been working for a Commercial Bank as an Accounting and Checking Assistant for more than 6 years. Working in the banking industry enhanced my skill set in accounting and administration jobs. As a banker, I’ve been through many valuable seminars that enhanced my administration and accounting skills. Since I tried working part-time as a virtual assistant during my years of working I can say that I am a well-rounded e-commerce and finance virtual assistant. I have a background as a Data Entry Specialist, product research, product listing, and entering data in Google Sheets, I am familiar with inventory and restocking. I did some up-skilling for Social media management and email marketing.

I am confident to say that my knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets, Google Drive are above average.

I am a tech-savvy person so tools and applications used in various jobs or work, with proper training, should be a quick pickup for me.
