Achievements
I joined Linperial as a Documenter and rapidly progressed within a year to the roles of Tester and
eventually, Test Leader, leading a team of 14 members.
Spearheaded the QA department as the first hire at both Coral and Official, establishing and implementing
comprehensive QA procedures for the entire team with Agile methodology.
Played a pivotal role during Bumble's acquisition of Official, contributing strategic insights to align QA
processes with industry standards
In Nomiso I was a key piece to launching one of the first eSIM applications in the Mexican market, supporting
the team in testing, translation, team coordination in multiple time zones, consult and client conciliation with
AT&T Mexico allowing a soft and successful launch.

AT&T Mexico
As a Quality Engineer at AT&T, I supported the team in India, Singapore, and Mexico City for the launch of one
of the first eSIM applications in Mexico.
My main responsibilities included IoT, UAT, Manual, Performance, and regression testing. I ensured that the
product was user-friendly and high-quality, always finding blocking issues in advance.
In addition to my responsibilities, I supported Translation and Consulting, facilitating communication between
the Spanish-speaking client and the English-speaking work team, providing all the necessary information
regarding Telecom in Mexico, and ensuring timely key points for launching.
In this position, I ensured soft and cooperative teamwork in multiple time zones.
I performed as a defect manager tracking bugs for the AT&T team and reporting to the dev team in India and
Singapore.
I designed the test strategy unifying testing best practices for the Mexican team, for example, unifying keywords,
terminology, and test phases, I taught them how to perform a clean test and created for them different Defect
report formats easy to fill in and understandable for the work team in India and Singapore.
I conciliate with clients to transition defects between clients and the work team, ensuring easy communication
between product, marketing, launch, and dev teams.
I performed interviews for new team members and supported junior colleagues to get to know the industry and
facilitate their incorporation to the team.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Official, I implemented the QA process according to the development
team's needs, including defect reporting, exploratory testing, smoke testing, and the addition of automated
and performance testing tools to ensure our user’s final satisfaction, assuring Accessibility for all our users.
I performed Manual and Automated Testing for app performance in conformity to requirements,
supported the Engineering team by Documenting bugs and collaborating through the engineering cycle,
qualified new mobile and web-based application builds from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and various
browsers, continuously monitored apps in production, tracked bugs, maintained project requirements
documentation, kept and maintained physical test devices covering most common user cases, support product
team by proposing enhancements and UX design solutions.

As the first Quality Assurance engineer, I created and executed manual test flows based on the application's
requirements. I worked with the engineering team on release testing, bug tracking, test case writing, test
design, stress testing, back-end and front-end deployment and UI and UX user-friendly design emphasizing
maximizing usability and accessibility.
During my time in Coral, I facilitated smooth collaboration and managed communication across the entire
engineering team, supporting as a scrum master when necessary.
To track bugs I used physical and simulator devices, both Android and iOS, using Google Play
Store testing tools, TestFlight, Sandbox, and BrowserStack simulator for Mobile devices and web-based
application, as well as Node.js for automatization testing framework.

I started at this company writing user manuals for a war simulator: Strategic Operational and Tactical
Computerized Training Simulator (SECEOT for its acronym in Spanish) for the Research Institute in
Applied Mathematics and Systems (IIMAS) and the National Council for Science and Technology
(CONACYT) Six months after I started to create test cases and scaled to Manual Tester.
I designed and performed Alpha test with students of the military school and I designed the test cases for
the war simulator based on the operations of the Mexican Armed Forces and I led the QA team.
After this, I gave operational courses to the final users of the software, the students of the Superior School
of War in Mexico.
