My main responsibilities included IoT, UAT, Manual, Performance, and regression testing. I ensured that the product was user-friendly and high-quality, always finding blocking issues in advance. In addition to my responsibilities, I supported Translation and Consulting, facilitating communication between the Spanish-speaking client and the English-speaking work team, providing all the necessary information regarding Telecom in Mexico, and ensuring timely key points for launching. In this position, I ensured soft and cooperative teamwork in multiple time zones. I performed as a defect manager tracking bugs for the AT&T team and reporting to the dev team in India and Singapore. I designed the test strategy unifying testing best practices for the Mexican team, for example, unifying keywords, terminology, and test phases, I taught them how to perform a clean test and created for them different Defect report formats easy to fill in and understandable for the work team in India and Singapore.
