I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for 3 years now. I started working as a Customer Service Representative and a Tech Support that helps clients with their concerns. Helping my clients as well to manage their Customer Service Support field. I became a Digital Marketing Manager to a previous client which leads to creating UI Design and website processes helping the company to understand more about their services.

I am familiar with tools such as Trello, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Social Media Marketing tools, Pinterest, WordPress, Shopify, Oberlo, Gmail, basic Adobe Photoshop skills and Microsoft Excel.
