Hi, I'm Veronne, a college student pursuing a BS in Mathematics. I'm seeking a challenging entry-level position. My experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO firm, where I honed my communication and conflict-resolution skills, and as a Documentation Processing Assistant in a real estate company, where I developed my organizational and record-keeping abilities.
During my time as a Customer Service Representative, my tasks involved handling customer calls addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensuring their needs were met to guarantee satisfaction. Building relationships with customers through communication was always my goal.
As part of the Documentation team I was responsible for inputting HDMF Loan Documents, reservation agreements and promissory notes into the system. I also facilitated HDMF Docs Signing processed OPR documents, assisted clients with requests and missing requirements monitored buyers statuses, handled power and water applications preparation and managed client acceptance processes.
Additionally in my role as Treasury staff member my duties included storing all forms along with commercial and personal checkbooks. I maintained balance in cash. Check collections while overseeing funds from our depository banks. Daily cash reports for corporation and leasing accounts were prepared by me along with deposit slips, for all collections that were then deposited into our depository bank.
