Veronica Espina Quinan

I was born in Manila and raised in the beautiful city of Davao. I am a single mom with beautiful kids Travis and Zoe. From an early age I learned to be an independent woman and started working at the age of 19 to stand on my own feet and to feed my family. Working at an early age, I developed an unquenchable thirst for learning and I continuously improve myself.

For the past 4 years I worked in the BPO industry. Over the course of my tenure I have earned a well-rounded experience, working as an customer service  representative for 3 years and an account associate for 2 years. I handled sales wherein I used various sales tactics in order to upsell featured products. I also worked as a Technical support and assisted customers by providing them with clear and easy to follow instructions to resolve their technical problem. I also assisted customers with their accounts, order and billing concerns and the past 4 years have become a huge pool of learning. It helped me develop numerous skills such as time management, multitasking, creating timely and relevant solutions to problems and providing a good quality of service to clients and to the company.

I have been a working student for 3 years and eventually stop going to school to focus on my work and career growth. This is also for feeding and sustaining my family needs. I believe that education is the key to success but I am continuously learning in the industry that I have worked with and I wanted to develop more skills that are not taught in the classroom.

Integrity has always been the value in which I identify the most, and I will always be proud of myself for that. I’ve always made sure that clients and customers are satisfied with my work and also my service, by doing the right things, even without supervision. My service is always a commendable call. Customers always wanted to speak with my supervisor because of the service I made and how patient I am with them. I was promoted to a Level 2 Account Associate for being a performer within the year. I was also awarded as a Top 1 agent for the team of the month.
