I am an Overseas Filipino Worker in Dubai and working in different industries for 6 years, mostly Customer service. Dealing with Expats from all around the world is a challenge I could say but thanks to my BPO experience in the Philippines, it made me equipped in different variety of work most specifically in handling calls and escalating problems. I like to help people with a comfort of my home whereas I am relaxed and able to think better to support Virtual Assistance businesses.
