I am goal oriented. Whenever there is a task given to me, I make sure that it is delivered right on time. I also have good communication and interpersonal skills. I work well with people to deliver results efficiently. I am used to focus at finishing one task at a time to make sure that I am productive. I can multitask but I prefer to work at tasks one deliverable at a time. I am team player. I make sure that I am able to contribute to the team. I am also focused at finishing tasks at hand. I am eager to work hard if I see that the tasks that I am doing becomes relevant to the company. Meaning to say, I am able to see positive result because of the things I contributed. I want this job for my family and for my personal growth. I want to provide for them and at the same time I want to improve myself to be able to make positive impact to the organization. I handle pressure and stress by by checking first if it's under my circle of control and influence. If a certain thing is out of my control and influence then I just have to adapt to the situation. On the other hand, if something is controllable then I will do my best to positively influence in order to make a positive thing out of the negative situation. I assessed the situation and thought of ways to address the problem, I also seek help especially with people that can influence the situation.
