I am still a beginner but willing to be trained. I am currently working as a clinical auditor and was trained in disputes. My specific LOB was genetics, IA and Cologuard. I have a background in medical ward and hemodialysis as my bedside experience. If given a chance any position will do as long as I will be trained. I am using and tracking tools using MRM, SP tracker, EFR, select coder, powerBI, dex registry, UDT counter tool, Par and non Par status, CGX and we pull our charts in Citrix launchpad both Pareo and Sciomine. I answer messages and responds on time using our email, team, zoom, Skype or Viber. And we are tracking our attendance and productivity using TAM and SIU prod tracker as well as on our Atlas for the attendance. I was trained in checking all documents provider by the hospital to decide if we will overturn, upheld or modify using coding specified guidelines such as checking if they have prior authorization, or deny using more appropriate code. My training helped me to be more adept in using different tools and be more competent in cathing any discrepancies such as the vital information, DOS and the providers as well as to check if the results given are suitable for the codes before determining it for re imbursement. I can work with qouta and make sure there is quality in every claims I handled. I work on non voice, can work under pressure and with good working attitude towards the team. Lastly, I am willing to be trained and adjust to any changes in work.
