I am a seasoned trainer for language and customer service for over 10 years now. Having been trained in a BPO environment, I have an extensive background in using different Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote) aside from the training I received as a trainer to employ several techniques in handling and facilitating training classes. In addition, my exposure to several service delivery interactions gave me a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

In the past two years, my skills have evolved and a lot have been added. It includes knowledge and ability to manipulate Applicant Tracking Systems like SAP and iCims to process candidates' application for local and international recruitment, both in-office and remote positions. From the traditional and conventional online sourcing techniques of posting job ads and resume search on job boards to advanced data mining techniques using Boolean black belt-sourcing/recruitment technique on social media platforms and job sites, both paid and free, and web scraping. I am also able to do thorough market research. Now, I am well-versed in handling international end-to-end recruitment with a strong social media presence. In addition, I have also handled a team (as a Sr. Team Lead and acting Account Manager) of more than 40 customer care representatives for email, chat, and phone support and am very familiar with the different communication, customer service quality assurance, business analytics tools like Skype, Slack, Zendesk, Talkdesk, Outlook, MaestroQA, Google Text Expander, and Looker. I created email and chat templates on Zendesk, and text expanders (Google text expander) for the benefit of the agents working with the client. As a lead of the team, I was also working as a quality analyst to ensure that the quality of service given is maintained. Having worked closely with the client, I was able to meet Looker and explore how it works to study how the business is doing, identify opportunities for improvement, provide action plans to meet the needs of the business, and strategize to maintain the business' clients and standards.

With those experiences put together, I am able to practically get things done in no time, whether training or recruitment-related or admin stuff.
